Swiss based Coach Adedeji Adeyemi Anthony said the super eagles as what it takes to beat Mozambique today only if they played like they played in the first 70min against Tunisia in the group stage before Tunisia scored the two goals they scored .
Speaking with Faith Akindele (Mr stereo) on his Sport show on Crowther 88.5 FM OYO Coach Adedeji Adeyemi Anthony firstly congratulated coach Eric seko Chelle and his boys along side all patriotic Nigerians for progressing to the next round and also winning all the three matches in the group and with this record Eric seko Chelle is the second coach who does this after Coach Augustine Eguavoen though coach Eguavoen lost in the round 16 but Eric seko Chelle will definitely beat Mozambique today and progress to the next round because his technical and statistics has really helped him and also for him to be named the best coach for the group stage.
The well respected tactical Swiss Base Coach further said super eagles are big boys so the motivational money promised for them cant distract them and for them to beat Mozambique today the team must work together because the only fear is how our defenders allow the opponent score goals like the two goals that Tunisia scored and Uganda, it is the responsibility of the whole team to work together in unity with the defenders so as not to allow there opponents to score because as we can see Mozambique style of play look alike with Dr Congo with there tactical and technical approach but if super eagles can play the way they played against Tunisia Nigeria will beat Mozambique 2-0 other wise if they don’t play with there A game super Eagles can lose by 1-0.
Coach triple A also praised Fredick oyedika as the player who surprised him so far in this competition and he rated him as super eagles best midfielder so far in this ongoing Africa cup of nation with the way he played against Uganda he deserves more playing time and for the country who has surprised him goes to Cameroon national team.
In his final contribution on the show he rated the last edition of AFCON in ivory coast ahead of Morocco based on atmosphere and fans support because most of the stadium during matches are not that filled up compared to ivory coast where u see all the stadium filled up but in Morocco it is so different but in othere areas i give it to Morocco.
