The management of Adebola Olowu Johnson Football club ( AOJFC) congratulated Badmus Damilola Olaitan on her appointment as the Assistant Coach 1 of Pacesetter Queens.
The newly female football club who was established by oyo state government under the leadership of governor Makinde appointed Badmus Damilola Olaitan has the club assistant coach 1 and she was unveiled alongside other coaching crew to the people of oyo state on Thursday at lakan salami stadium Ibadan.
Badmus Damilola Olaitan is a coach who leads with heart, purpose and an unshakable belief in people, her journey shaped on the dusty pitches of uyo and refined across Nigeria’s football hubs reflects resilience , intelligent and quiet transformation .
She began as a dedicated player with capital Queens FC and pelicans stars of calabar , where she learned the rhythm of teamwork, discipline and determination, but coaching revealed her true mission, shaping character, building confidence and developing players from inside out .
She is armed with a NIS and CAF certificate and a diploma in coaching psychology, coach Damilola Olaitan has worked with Rehoboth Fc , white lion academy and oye olohun FC , her impact is best seen in players like tosin adegbite whom she nurtured from youth level to captaining Nigeria’s U20 national team and playing for Enyimba international FC.
Her achievements include wins at the Ace Cup , the Barr wakili oyedemi cup, and the best coach award at the JDS oyo state league 2024.
The management of AOJ FC under the president Mr Olusegun A Johnson sent its congratulations message and wished her well at the club .
