City Football Club of Abuja continued their impressive form in a club friendly on Tuesday, easing to a convincing 4–0 win over NAF FC at the FIFA Goal Project Pitch, at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
Goals from Philip Eugine, Joseph Vorda, Ngei Oluwa and Johnson Uche sealed a comprehensive victory for City FC, who controlled proceedings from start to finish.
Eugine opened the scoring early on, capitalizing on a defensive lapse to give City FC a deserved lead.
Vorda doubled the advantage midway through the first half with a composed finish after a neat build-up play.
After the restart, Oluka extended the lead with a powerful strike from the edge of the box, before Uche wrapped up the scoring late in the game to make it 4–0.
The result reflects City FC’s growing cohesion and attacking sharpness ahead of upcoming competitive fixtures, while NAF FC will look to regroup and bounce back from the defeat.
