It was all energy and enthusiasm, as the Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Hon. Bukola Olopade, on Thursday led staff in the Commission’s weekly Walking and Jogging Exercise inside the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja demonstrating the Commission’s commitment to promoting a culture of wellness and fitness.

Decked in sportswear and brimming with motivation, the NSC boss joined participants on the tracks, underscoring the importance of staying fit and active.

 

Olopade, has stressed the importance of regular exercise in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The exercise aimed to promote physical activity and healthy living among Nigerians, and to encourage a balanced lifestyle.

Hon.  Olopade’s initiative is in line with the Commission’s efforts to promote sports development and healthy living in the country.
