Golden Eaglets ended their campaign at the WAFU B Under 17 tournament in Yamoussoukro, Cote d’ Ivoire by winning the bronze medal.
With this result, Ghana has booked a slot in the final and qualification for 2026 AFCON U17 tournament.

The team defeated Burkina Faso 2-0 in the third – place game.The goals were scored in the second half of the cagey affair.Ahmed Yusuf with a powerful low drive from outside the box in the 50th minute.
Substitute Famous Umole scored the second goal after he collected a defence – splitting pass from Paul Ugwu in the 77th minute.

The team will depart Cote d’ Ivoire on Saturday.
