El-Kanemi Warriors FC are set for a crucial redemption mission as Kun Khalifa FC come visiting Maiduguri for Matchday 24 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
The Babagana Umara Zulum Boys are fully prepared for the encounter, boosted by the return of some key players to the main squad.
In the first stanza of the season, Kun Khalifa FC recorded a 3–1 victory in their adopted home ground in Aba.
This time around, the Warriors are determined to extend their winning streak and settle the score in front of the Maiduguri faithfuls home supporters.
The fixture, initially scheduled for Sunday, 1st February 2026, has now been rescheduled to Monday, 2nd February 2026.
