In a celebrating sportsmanship and achievement, Alhaji Abdulmajid Solademi, Chairman of Air Warriors Basketball Club Abuja, was honored with an Award of Excellence during the maiden End-of-Year Party and Awards hosted by NTA Sports 24.
Recognized for his outstanding leadership and tireless commitment to nurturing basketball talent in the nation’s capital, Solademi expressed his gratitude, noting that the accolade reflects the collective effort of his team and the broader basketball community.
“This award is a reminder that hard work, teamwork, and passion always pay off. I share it with everyone who believes in the dream of building basketball in Abuja and inspiring the next generation,” Solademi said during the ceremony.
He further added, “Recognition like this doesn’t happen alone. It reflects the sweat, commitment, and heart of everyone at Air Warriors Basketball Club. Together, we turn dreams into achievements.”
Under Solademi’s stewardship, Air Warriors Basketball Club has grown into one of Abuja’s premier basketball institutions, championing not only sporting excellence but also inspiring youth engagement and community development through sports.
The event, which brought together sports enthusiasts, officials, and athletes, marked a memorable close to the year while setting the tone for greater achievements in Nigerian sports.
