At the indoor sports hall of the National Sports Commission, the second phase of the 2025 Nigeria Basketball Federation Premier League will begin today in Jos.
In the first phase, which took place in Kano State ,Kano Pillars and Plateau Peaks had a good run.
The two top teams in Phase One of the Savannah Conference Group B will tip off the start of the league at 12 PM.
The league is divided into two conferences, Savannah and Atlantic; each conference contains eight teams that play each other in a round-robin format.
In the second phase, the top four teams from each conference advance to the next round, also known as the Final Eight or playoffs.
This stage determines the conference winners and ultimately the league champion.
Plateau Peaks is determined to reach the Final Eight after a good performance in the first phase.
The Mutfwang boys have the full support of the state government and the Plateau State Basketball Association.
The Plateau State Sports Council has also played a key role in the welfare of the team in order for the team to succeed.
