Oluwatosin Olabode, a team member of Alpha Culture, has shed light on the “National Cake” game, an innovative initiative designed to drive transformation in Nigeria.

Olabode said this at the Private unveiling and launching of national cake on Thursday in Abuja.

According to Olabode, the game was born out of a hunger for change in the country and aims to reculture and re-educate people about Nigeria’s history.

The game’s purpose is to enable Nigerians to understand their identity and potential, driving a cultural change through systemic reforms.

Olabode emphasizes that true change requires a systemic shift, with rules, regulations, and accountability structures in place. Without these, even the best leaders will struggle to make a lasting impact.

The “National Cake” game promotes a cultural change through sustainable systems that transform individuals and the nation.

By focusing on systemic reforms and accountability, the game aims to create a platform for holistic, long-term change that will benefit not just the current generation but also future ones.

Moving beyond short term solutions

Olabode notes that many Nigerians view the 2027 elections as an opportunity for change, but this approach is misguided. Instead, the “National Cake” game seeks to create a lasting impact by transforming the system, rather than relying on individual leaders or short-term solutions.

By promoting systemic reforms and accountability, the “National Cake” game aims to create a platform for long-term change that will benefit Nigeria for generations to come.

The game’s innovative approach has the potential to drive meaningful transformation in the country, empowering Nigerians to build a better future for themselves and their nation.
