Nigeria’s Flamingos are set to face Algeria in the final qualifying round for the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
This comes after the Flamingos secured a convincing 5-1 aggregate win over South Africa’s Bantwana, while Algeria defeated Botswana 5-2 on aggregate.
While Algeria booked their place in the round after recording a 4-0 win over Botswana after playing 1-1 draw in the first leg .
The two-legged tie is scheduled to take place in April, with Nigeria hosting the first leg on April 17 and traveling to Algeria for the return leg on April 24.
The winner will secure a spot at the U-17 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Morocco from October 17 to November 8, 2025 .

Kenya vs Cameroon
Zambia vs Benin Republic
Cote d’Ivoire vs Guinea
The Flamingos, led by coach Bankole Olowookere, are looking to make their eighth appearance at the U-17 Women’s World Cup, while Algeria is seeking its first-ever qualification.
