The Commissioner of Ministry of Youths and Sports Development in Sokoto State, Eng. Mustapha Muhammad, met with the management of Sokoto United FC today to discuss key issues affecting the team. The meeting, held at the commissioner’s office, focused on day-to-day match activities and strategies to ensure the team’s success.
During the meeting, the commissioner assured the management of his full support, pledging to provide all necessary resources to ensure the team emerges victorious in all their matches. He emphasized that his primary target is to take Sokoto United FC to the Nigerian Premier League.
The General Manager of Sokoto United FC, Umar Muhammad Maraya, congratulated the new commissioner on his appointment and briefed him on the team’s activities and requirements. Maraya emphasized the need for support to ensure the smooth operation of the team’s activities.
Team Manager Abubakar Sadiq Shehu expressed confidence in the team’s talented players and formidable technical crew. However, he highlighted the need for adequate welfare support for the players and technical crew, stressing that this is crucial for the team’s success.
The commissioner concluded the meeting by appreciating the management team and emphasizing the importance of focusing on the next match. He urged the team to win tomorrow’s game and continue their winning streak.
