NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau, on Monday revealed that the newly appointed tactician, Jose Peseiro’s successor, Chelle, has penned a two-year deal, with a potential one-year extension if he successfully qualifies the Super Eagles for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Chelle will be joined by three assistants, and together, they will collaborate with the existing team to elevate the Super Eagles’ brand.
Notably, Chelle’s role with the Super Eagles B team, currently preparing for the 8th African Nations Championship, will be limited to supervision.
