Adeleye said with an unprecedented number of clubs participating, this tournament has become the largest and most prestigious league in the world.

Congratulations to Police Machine Baretta FC on their well-deserved victory in the NYML-NLO Super 8 championship on Saturday, after beating Family worship FC 5-4 in a penalty shootout at the Bwari township Stadium, Abuja.

Eight teams participated in the just concluded tournament , including Police Machine Baretta FC, Ibom Youths FC ,Family worship FC ,Kogi United FC,City sports FC ,FC Ebedei ,De sapele lions FC and Ojodu City FC.

The NYML-NLO Super 8 is a prestigious football tournament in Nigeria, featuring eight top teams from the Nationwide League One (NLO).

The tournament is a championship play-off to determine the overall winner of the NLO season.

The teams that participate in the Super 8 are the top teams from the NLO, and they compete in a round-robin format.
