The President of Rugby Africa, Herbert Mensah, has extended warm congratulations to Mr. Bukola Olawale Olopade on his appointment as the Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC) of Nigeria.

In an official press statement issued by Rugby Africa, Mensah praised Olopade’s appointment, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his exceptional leadership and accomplishments.

Herbert Mensah, a key figure in African rugby, has been instrumental in driving the sport’s growth across the continent.

He was recently elected to the Executive Board of World Rugby at the 2024 Interim Meeting of Council in Dublin, Ireland, further solidifying his commitment to the development of rugby globally.
