German chief Scholz’s centre-left Social Democratic Social gathering (SPD) received Sunday’s regional election in stronghold Brandenburg.

It was a really slim win, by only one or two proportion factors, in keeping with exit polls.

  • exit ballot projections have SPD on 31 to 32%
  • with far-right AfD on 29 to 30%

If there’s an FX implication it’s going to be a optimistic for EUR on the margin.
