NIS: Lagos FA’s Football Coaching Training Begins Saturday
The chairman of Lagos State Football Association Hajji Gafar Liameed, expressed excitement at the over- whelming responses from coaches and their eager- ness to participate in the special training course for certification of coaches at the grassroots in Lagos.
“We received more than 220 coaches registrations and are still counting.
“But-in order to maintain standard and achieve our aim of quality service delivery, our partners, the Nation- al Institute of Sports, decided that we should have the training in 100 batches per stream.
The first batch of 100 coaches are set to begin training on Saturday, September 14th , 2024 under the collaborative efforts between the National Institute for Sports (NIS) and Lagos State Football Association.
